Advantage

1. The mechanical seal and soft seal between kettles enable the material can be operated under the vacuum condition.

2. The vessel body can be heated by electricity, steam, water or oil. The peculiar temperature sensor on the driving shaft ensures the temperature error under ±1℃, tank can be with jacket facilitates heating up and cooling down.

3. The container inner wall is precisely lathed by big vertical lathe first and then mirror polished to ensure the scraper on the planetary frame can scrape all materials on the wall off without residue.

4. The revolution and rotation of the agitator and scraper all are controlled by inverter.

5. Various agitators are in option based on materials different features, such as multi-layer paddle type, twist type, claw type, frame type etc.

Principle

This equipment adopt double hydraulic plunger system to do the lifting, drive mechanism and mixing system adopt integrated style lifting up and down, according different material features, can choose different mixing system, such as : dispersing + stirring + dispersing, dispersing + stirring + emulsifying, stirring + stirring + emulsifying and stirring +stirring +stirring, variety of options for buyer to customize.

The three mixing way have three motors to drive and control respectively ,the low speed stirring blade drive the materials  to do the rotation and circular motion along the axis. Under the high speed dispersing, powerful shearing and high speed homogeneous emulsification head’s high speed centrifugal extrusion ,materials are dispersed, dissolved and mixed fast.
